Off The RAC RETURNS
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after purchasing your item to request a return (excludes sale items).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the tags still attached. Sale items cannot be returned (unless faulty).

How to return
All items must be returned in a pre-paid courier bag at the customers expense. We recommend that customers use track and trace as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, laybuy or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 10 business days.
